The Hirer will abide by the Safety Instructions.

If the Inflatable/Hire Equipment returns in an unreasonable condition, a cleaning charge will occur.

In the event of unsuitable weather, the full fee will still be payable for services and entertainments provided.

Party Spots Entertainment will only operate within accepted standards of Health & Safety and our staff on site reserve the right to refuse to provide services that contravene those standards or the terms of our insurance.

Please ensure there is a minimum 3 feet clear access for delivery of the inflatable and advice Party Spots Entertainment of any stairs at access. Failure to notify Party Spots Entertainment of any access difficulties could result in the cancellation of your equipment and the cancellation period applicable.

Age limit for using The Childs Bouncy Castle is 11-years. Please ensure nobody over 11-years uses the equipment. No adults are to use The Childs Bouncy Castle. If this age limit is exceeded the castle needs to be safety tested and the cost will be the responsibility of the hirer.

The Hirer must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the castle is in use. The castle cannot be left unattended when in use.

Hire charges are based on the site being level, flat, firm and accessible. The Hirer must inform Party Spots Entertainment of any cables, pipes, drains or other services that may be buried under the surface. Failure to do so will result in The Hirer being liable for any damage. Party Spots Entertainment does not accept responsibility for any damage to the site caused by the erection of the marquee or vehicles required to carry out the work.

The Hirer shall inform Party Spots Entertainment where on the site the equipment is to be erected. In the absence of this information, Party Spots Entertainment has the right to erect the equipment in a suitable position. Latterly, if The Hirer requires Party Spots Entertainment to move the equipment, and there is enough time, a charge will be made.

Although Party Spots Entertainment will use its best endeavours to fulfil every contract, performance of contract is subject to variation or cancellation by Party Spots Entertainment in consequence of trade disputes, fire, act of God, failure or restrictions on the use of transport, fuel or power.

For Marquees / hire equipment and themed party packages a 30% deposit is required, with full payment on the day. Cheques WILL NOT be accepted on the day of hire. Cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear. In the event of cancellation, notice must be given at least 10 days prior to the hire day, to avoid the loss of deposit.

Bookings for DJ and Entertainers are accepted subject to availability and on receipt of a 30% deposit. Full payment must be received at least 10 days prior to the event. In the event of The Hirer cancelling the booking after a firm order has been placed, cancellation charges will be levied. If cancellation is made within 10 day of the booking day, 100% of the total hire charge is applicable. If cancellation is made more than 10 days before the booking 30% of the total hire is applicable.

It could be necessary for Party Spots Entertainment to cancel for safety reasons because of extreme weather conditions.
