All hires are subject to our Terms & Conditions and by placing an order with us either verbally or via e-mail it is deemed that the customer has read, understood and fully agreed to our Terms & Conditions.

Party Spots Entertainment will only operate within accepted standards of Health & Safety and our staff on site reserve the right to refuse to provide services that contravene those standards or the terms of our insurance.

Although Party Spots Entertainment will use its best endeavours to fulfil every contract, performance of contract is subject to variation or cancellation by Party Spots Entertainment in consequence of trade disputes, fire, act of God, failure or restrictions on the use of transport, fuel or power.

It could be necessary for Party Spots Entertainment to cancel your booking for safety reasons because of extreme weather conditions.

Venue

We require access with no obstruction, the site must be clean and to food safety standards. Parking expenses will be charged back to the client.

Payment

A deposit of 30% is due on receipt of the invoice to secure the booking. The balance is due 14 days before the event, if your event is sooner than 14 days from order then the full amount is due immediately.

Cancellations

All deposits are non refundable regardless of the circumstances. If your cancellation date is 14 days or more from your event then all monies less your deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to your event. We will however be happy to change your date for a Mobile Bar to the same value in the future.

Event Timing

We allow 1 hour to 2 hours to set up, we will not except liability for any late starts caused by poor site issues.

Power Supply

All equipment requires a 240 volt power supply.
