When is Party Spots Entertainment hire equipment available?

Bouncy castles and other equipment can be hired throughout the year, on any day of the week you wish!

How do I book?

How much notice is required?

It is advisable that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. At least 7-days notice is required for party equipment. A bouncy castle can often be supplied with less notice.

What happens after the booking is made?

A Party Spots Entertainment co-ordinator will contact you the day before to confirm the delivery time of your equipment.

Do you charge for delivery?

No, Party Spots Entertainment deliver, set up, dismantle and remove the castles FREE of charge within a 15 mile radius of Fareham.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit will not be required for bouncy castle hire. For party equipment hire and themed party packages a 25% deposit is required, with full payment on the day.

What happens if there is a problem with a bouncy castle?

This is very unlikely, however there are instructions within the Conditions Of Hire for dealing with minor issues. If you are unable to resolve a problem, contact us and we will be with you as soon as possible.

What happens if I cannot provide power?

This is not a problem, Party Spots Entertainment also hire generators.

What about bad weather?

Most inflatables are supplied with rain covers. If you decide to cancel due to bad weather, please let us know before 8.30am and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

It could be necessary for Party Spots Entertainment to cancel for safety reasons because of extreme weather conditions. Relentless rain or high winds would be dangerous. We will always supply a castle wherever possible.

What happens if it rains?

We recommended you stop using bouncy castles if rain becomes heavy, as the bouncing area will become slippery and dangerous.

How do I pay?

Most people choose to pay cash on delivery (sorry we do not accept credit card payments). Cheques WILL NOT be accepted on the day. Cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear.

How much space is needed?

A 3ft wide clear access is required to deliver most castles. Allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front and rear and 2 feet either side to allow access and to position the blower. Please make sure all garden items such as toys, swings, slides and patio furniture are removed from the area.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance for up to 5 million pounds, we can provide a copy of our certificate on request.

Is there an age limit for using the castle?

Yes, all Party Spots Entertainment castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 11. Anyone older than this will need to use an adult castle. PLEASE NOTE - adults are not allowed on a child’s inflatables. Any damage caused to the equipment is the responsibility of the hirer.
